About the Founder

Fida Mashfiha

Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering

As a passionate engineer with years of experience in the engineering field, Fida Mashfiha has always been driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the world. With a background in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, she has leveraged her technical skills and expertise to found Sadeque Lutful Charity (SLC), a non-profit dedicated to helping the people.

Fida Mashfiha is one of the first female Marine Surveyor from Bangladesh. She has worked on numerous projects where she has shown her competence. Currently she is working in Qatar and trying her best to make a name for herself and her country.

In 2024, inspired by the disparities she observed in access to education, social needs Fida Mashfiha founded Sadeque Lutful Charity (SLC). Driven by a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to social responsibility Sadeque Lutful Charity (SLC) was founded with the goal of improving the lives of people within society.
